Eric Lamquet has seen professional tennis from every possible angle. After touring the professional tennis circuit as an international chair umpire for many years, he started his career “behind the scenes” first with the International Tennis Federation (2010-12) before moving to the ATP Tour, the governing body of men’s professional tennis. Eric has been the director the ATP Challenger Tour, an essential stepping stone to develop the tennis stars of tomorrow, where he oversees the circuit’s roadmap and the logical scheduling of 200+ tournaments across 16 time zones in six continents. Eric is originally from Belgium but lives in Helsinki, Finland. In his free time, Eric enjoys exploring new cultures, travelling, running and reading (compulsively!)
