As Podium Performance Group MD, Piers knows how to get the best out of people, teams and organisations. He has led and advised many Olympic and Paralympic sports, coached individuals and supported businesses from start-ups to established companies. He is the Head of Leadership and Workforce Development for the Premier League programme and Director of Podium. Piers is also the Chair, Director and Trustee of boards and sports-related organisations including UK Deaf Sport and British Swimming. Piers relishes a challenge; he has swum the English Channel and is currently undertaking a Doctorate.
